Our mission is to provide a quality education, training, and job placement services for our students. Unity Career Institute provides the student with the fundamental building blocks of Health Education to prepare students to take excellent care of patients in any healthcare setting and to successfully pass the State of Delaware Nurses Aide Certification Exam.
The programme curriculum covers areas such as, respect of resident's right to privacy, dignity, independence, promotion of resident's safety, infection control, psychosocial needs, physiology and much more. You also gain plenty of hands-on-experience during clinical activities.
Admission Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- A complete application for admission with a non-refundable application fee
- Submission of high school transcript of proof of GED
- Physical Exams including PPD/Chest X-ray result
- Drug Screening
- Criminal Background Check
- Drug Abuse Registry Clearance
- Child Abuse Clearance
